Hexagon Housing Fund provides community development financing services for attainable workforce housing and development to residents of economically distressed communities in the state of New Mexico with an emphasis on supporting housing needs for the federal workforce and contributing communities.

Hexagon Housing Fund was established in 2024 to meet the critical need for an increased supply of financing for attainable workforce housing construction and rehabilitation in New Mexico. It is a nonprofit corporation organized by private citizens and housing professionals who are dedicated to increasing the number of homes available to New Mexico’s working residents.
